The short version: use the app on your own devices, it's free today, it's a wellness helper and not medical advice, and the usual "no guarantees, don't be difficult" legal language applies.

These Terms of Use are a legal agreement between you and HabitWing (the developer) governing your use of the HabitWing iOS app ("the app"). By downloading, installing, or using the app, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app.
HabitWing is licensed to you, not sold, for use on Apple devices that you own or control, under Apple's standard App Store terms. You may not redistribute, resell, reverse-engineer, or decompile the app except where the law explicitly allows it.
HabitWing is currently free to use, with its full feature set available to everyone. If premium features are introduced in the future, they'll be offered as an in-app purchase billed through your Apple ID — HabitWing never sees or handles your payment details. If and when that happens, this page will be updated with the plans, prices, and renewal terms before it takes effect.
HabitWing is a self-improvement and habit-tracking app. Its habit suggestions, meditations, breathing exercises, and reflections are offered for general wellbeing and informational purposes only. They are not medical, mental-health, nutritional, or professional advice, and the app is not a medical device.
HabitWing does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. Nothing in the app replaces the advice of a qualified doctor or other health professional. Always talk to a professional before starting a new wellness, exercise, breathing, or dietary routine — especially if you're pregnant, have a heart or respiratory condition, or any other health concern. If a breathing or meditation exercise ever makes you feel dizzy, faint, or unwell, stop right away. If you may be experiencing a medical or mental-health emergency, contact your local emergency services.
If you allow it, the app reads certain Apple Health values (sleep, water, calories) to help fill in matching habits, and can write your habit progress back to Apple Health. You control this permission and can revoke it anytime in iOS Settings. Health values shown in the app are estimates for your own tracking and shouldn't be relied on for medical decisions — see the Privacy page for exactly how Health data is used and kept on your device.
HabitWing helps you build habits, reflect, and get gentle reminders. Streaks, statistics, and reminder timing are based on what you enter and on the schedule you set; they can be wrong or arrive late for reasons outside the app's control (a powered-off phone, notifications disabled in iOS, and so on). Treat them as helpful nudges, not guarantees.
Everything you enter (habits, journal entries, voice notes, session history) stays yours. HabitWing doesn't claim ownership of it, doesn't see it on a server (see the Privacy page for how storage and iCloud sync work), and you can delete it anytime.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. HabitWing doesn't guarantee the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or perfectly accurate.
To the extent the law allows, HabitWing isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app — including a missed reminder, a broken streak, an inaccurate figure, or any decision you make based on the app's guidance. Nothing here limits liability where the law doesn't permit it.
If these terms change, the date at the top updates, and a meaningful change will be flagged in the app first. Continuing to use the app after an update means you accept the new terms.
